I've figured out the comment issue.
Instead of searching out a Post Comment Button.
Just Click
0 Comments
or whatever the number of comments would be for said post and it'll bring the comment form up in the pop-up window.
I can't seem to get why my blogger feels like being a douche and weird but eh it is what it is. until i can find a new solution for it.
